kind of. it's live, but it's not a wiki (it's a google site -- close enough) and it's empty right now. but hopefully it will become useful as a reference for n00bs to Tokyo.
unfortunately, google sites doesn't let you just open editing to anyone, so if i know you and you want to add something to the wiki, email me and i'll hook u up.
